ANSWERS: 1) Group B. 2) You turn Group B against Group A by telling them Group A is the source of all of your problems, that you're a victim of wealth inequality, that group A provides nothing to society, and that you deserve a piece of the pie Group A worked to create. 3) When Group A runs out of money because the government has taxed them to death and "redistributed their wealth" to Group B, the government has no choice but to tax Group B as well. Suddenly, Group B is actually paying for the stuff they were promised would be free. The people who amassed wealth by creating businesses that employ millions, are no longer able to sustain, and close down their businesses. Jobs are lost, innovation is stifled, the economy crashes and burns. There is no longer the incentive to create or innovate or take risks to create a company, to fill a void in society, because those capable of doing so only see the rewards of their hard work taken from them to give to those who didn't take the same risks. Society as a whole is equally impoverished, equally miserable, and all of the great things that economic liberty created for us... disappear. Promising free stuff to Group B by taking it from Group A is a vote grab.
